We have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR  2nd SHIFT FORKLIFT OPERATORS in *ALL locations!! (*Elgin IL, Dallas TX, & Hazleton PA)
The ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to the following: 
  • Preparing orders for shipment including but not limited to: picking and pulling,
  • Packaging finished orders/products for shipping (staging, shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling),
  • Loading/Unloading trucks (and ability to lift up to 50 lbs). 
  • Cleaning and maintaining a safe and clean environment by keeping aisles, shelves and work areas/stations neat and free of debris, 
  • Reporting discrepancies and mistakes immediately, 
  • Completing damage reports when necessary,
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures,
  • Operating forklift, 
  • Communicating and cooperating with co-workers, supervisors, managers and workers from other shifts,
  • Turning off and locking out equipment when not in use, 
  • Performing back-up for other order pickers or checkers, 
  • Following quality standards to assure safety is first and reporting safety issues or incidents immediately.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 2- 3 years of related experience working in similar industry or warehouse operation 
  • Must speak, read, and write English 
  • Forklift certification and/or applicable certification for heavy equipment operation
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English), as well as organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation  
  • Ability to heavy objects (up to 50#) 
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery 
  • Knowledge of BOLs, shipping/receiving a plus but not required

Driver- Class A CDL (IL AND TX) Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck as directed that transports between the facility and multiple destinations. Typical routes are within a 60-mile radius.
  • Prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery and/or pick-up of goods to ensure timely service.
  • Load, secure, unload and deliver products and cargo in accordance with customer needs and company policies.
  • Maintain contact with HQ to receive delivery instructions or notices of changes in route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
  • Maintain a log of travel and cargo in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company needs.
  • Responsible for daily inspection of vehicle, ensuring proper function of all safety related features of the vehicle at all times; refueling as needed.
  • Must maintain a clean presentation of driver and vehicle.
  • Operate MHE as necessary.
  • Comply with all safe driving policies and procedures.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and management.
  • Follows quality standards to assure safety is first.
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related goals for results as needed.



  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous related driving experience.
  • Ability to operate a lift gate and lift and lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and the ability to pass a MVR check.
  • Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical.
  • Experience with city driving in tight locations preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.


Additional Information:

  • Start time: 6:30am, Monday through Friday; total amount of weekly hours may fluctuate (but home every night).
  • Hourly position includes
    • $19/hour starting pay with annual review
    • PTO (paid time off) entitlements based on anniversary date
